Insurance Disclosures
Independent Agency Status
Wasatch Preferred is an independent insurance agency. We represent multiple insurance carriers, and we are not an insurance carrier ourselves. We do not underwrite policies. Coverage is provided by the insurance carrier issuing the policy, subject to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and exclusions.
No Binding Coverage Through the Site
Information provided on the Site, including any general descriptions of insurance products, coverage options, or pricing, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quote, an offer of insurance, or a contract of insurance. Coverage is bound only when a policy is issued by an insurance carrier and accepted by the policyholder according to the carrier’s procedures.

Engagement of advisory services may require a separate written agreement specifying the scope, deliverables, fees, and terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of advisory services without such an agreement in place.
Where advisory services reference Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) methodology or related credentials, those credentials apply to specific individuals on our team and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular business outcome.
